Forward

Frequently Asked Questions
Does open book mean I have to share my financial information with my team?
Answer: No. Open book means sharing only relevant financial information with your team. You decide what to share with your team ahead of time, if anything.
Will this interfere with my existing operating system, the way I currently run my business?
Answer: No. The financial processes we build together will complement your current operating system and will only make it better.
How much do your services cost?
Answer: Open Book CFO services will require an investment of anywhere from $3,000 to $5,000 per month up to $40,000 for a 4 month Great Game of Business Level One Implementation.
I’m just starting out. Can you help?
Answer: That depends on your goals and aspirations. If you intend to build a real business (with a team and with clients), then yes, book some time on my calendar so we can chat. If you plan on being a sole proprietor forever, there’s nothing wrong with that, but we’re probably not a good fit.
What are the characteristics of a great client for Open Book CFO?
Answer: The following 4 traits are most common in leaders that are truly successful in an open book environment: Vulnerability: willing to ask for help; Humility: doesn’t have all the answers; Servant Leadership: focused on the needs of the team and the company before their own; Courage: ready to open up and release control.
I’m a little confused, are you a Fractional CFO or a Certified Great Game of Business Coach?
Answer: Nick Kringas is both. What makes Open Book CFO unique is it combines traditional CFO services with the Great Game of Business business operating system.
